Refund Policy – RUBIPROJECT

1. General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our software products and the instant delivery of license keys and digital content, RUBIPROJECT LLC does not offer refunds once a license key has been issued or software has been downloaded and/or activated.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The user was charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • The license key was never delivered and support could not resolve the issue.
  • The product was proven to be non-functional due to a confirmed and reproducible technical issue on our side.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Incompatibility with the user’s device, operating system, or third-party software.
  • Violation of the Terms of Service resulting in account or license termination.
  • Attempted use of the software in prohibited environments such as virtual machines or debuggers.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund (if eligible), contact support at support@rubiproject.com with your full name, email used at purchase, order ID, and a detailed explanation. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request based on the conditions listed in this policy.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without contacting our support will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and license key. Any attempt to reverse valid payments will be treated as fraud.
